Booking flow and payments
What customers see when booking and how payments are handled.
Booking flow
Customers select a service, date, and time, then submit the booking.
Finora creates a pending booking record before payment.
Payments
If payment is required, the customer is redirected to Paystack.
After payment, Paystack redirects back and the webhook confirms payment.
Booking confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, the booking status becomes **CONFIRMED**.
Confirmation emails are sent to the customer and the business.
If payment is pending
- Check Paystack webhook configuration
- Confirm the booking has a payment reference
- Review system logs in the admin console
